That may be true, but if you a tool like PeerGuardian 2, it will block you from even connecting to them in the first place. And on the second place, it’ll block them from connecting to you. I’ve been torrenting over 2 years now, and I’ve been well aware of the tactics they use.

Although nothing is 100% guaranteed, PeerGuardian 2 will block every-single known bad ip address on the Internet. Right now at this moment, my PeerGuardian 2 is blocking over 2.8 BILLION ip addresses. And with the many groups out there that investigate these groups, no matter what ip address they get, they will get blocked, because they are going to make themselves aware to the unsuspecting, and then the unsuspecting is going to expose them.

People submit their ip logs into those groups everyday, and they’re actively blocking them as they get new ip addresses.
